Week 4 was dedicated to the exploration
of Mise En Scene, a concept originating
from theater that gradually found its
way into the realm of cinema. This term
encompasses the visual elements within a
movie scene and their intentional
arrangement.
Following the lecture, our attention
turned to the upcoming assignment, which
involved shooting scenes in two groups.
I found myself placed in Group B, and
our specific challenge was to recreate
scenes from the film 'Beef.'
Our lecturer then guided us to the
shooting studio to acquaint us with the
equipment necessary for our task. As the
designated actor, my focus was primarily
on my performance, limiting my exposure
to the technical aspects.
